Arguably the cutest supermodel to have ever graced print and digital media both, ‘Tila Tequila’, is the miniature Singapore born sauce-pot, who has driven men and women alike crazy, with her lads mag style photo-shoots, and her reality television show.
Lust fueled star of the show ‘A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila’, a dating game show of sorts that pits straight males against lesbians for the chance to gain Tila’s affections, Tila (real name ‘Tila Nguyễn‘) is (at the time of writing) the most popular artist on ‘MySpace’ with 3738011 friends, and raised in Los Angeles, California, Tila Tequila has come a long way since her early days living within a strict gated Buddhist community in Houston.
At the age of eighteen Tila was spotted by a Playboy scout and invited to appear within the magazine, so that following a test shoot Tila Tequila was featured as Playboy’s ‘Cyber Girl of the Week’ on April 22, 2002, and then later became Playboy’s first Asian cyber girl of the month, and so Tila Tequila as we now know her was born.
Following in the success of her modelling career, Tila Tequila has since appeared in and/or hosted a wide variety of television shows, such as: ‘A shot at love with Tila Tequila’, ‘War at Home’, ‘MADtv’, and has even appeared as a character within the ‘Cleveland Show’. Tila Tequila played a hooters girl within the hit movie ‘I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry’, has written a self-help book entitled ‘A Guide to Love, Fame, Happiness, Success, and Being the Life of the Party’, and has released numerous musical offerings both with numerous bands, and as a solo performer.
